Frequently Asked Questions

To log in to your 1X2 account, click the "Sign in" button at the top right of the homepage. 

Then enter your email address and password and confirm.

Go to the "Sign up" section in the top right corner of our e-shop homepage, then click on "Don't have an account?".   

Then enter your e-mail address and fill in the requested information. In your "My Account" you will find all the information related to your orders.

Go to "My account" by clicking on "Login" in the top right-hand corner. Your details can then be modified directly in the right-hand column.


You can pay for your order with: 
- Credit card 
- Bancontact

We are working with the provider Mollie to ensure secure transactions.

All your transactions are processed by the secure payment module of our partner Mollie. We are therefore never in possession of your bank details, even if you choose to store your payment details on the 1X2 website. 

Delivery is free for purchases over €70 from Belgium.

Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days (no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays).

If you have requested delivery via Bpost, you will receive an e-mail when your order is prepared with a tracking number from Bpost. You can follow the progress of your delivery by clicking on this number.

All returns from Belgium are free of charge.

​If you wish to make a return via Bpost, you must complete the online returns form. To do this, go to the "Returns policy" page by clicking on "Returns Policy" in the footer. Once you've filled in the details, we'll email you the return label to place on your parcel. This will enable us to examine your return more quickly and authorize a refund.

To view your invoices, go to your account. Then click on "customer invoices and supplier invoices" and click on the order in question to view and download the invoice.  

Is the collection unisex? 

Yes, all our clothes are unisex. Now it's up to you to choose which model suits you best!
